Casey is a smiling, sharp-focused almost 30 year old, who loves helping people.  He had this realisation at a young age and this lead him to study a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2013.

While working at Body Buzz for two years as a Remedial Massage Therapist he realised he’d been inspired to expand his skills outside of the massage room to further help his clients rehab from their injury &/or pain.

Casey uses his considerable experience and knowledge of the functionality of the body to help his clients rehab and manage their various conditions.  He specialises in working with people with a variety of challenges including scoliosis, structural leg length differences, lower back pain, frozen shoulders, knee pain, recovery from injuries and a history of chronic pain. Using his Remedial Massage knowledge in combination with his strength and rehab techniques he tailors sessions to slowly progress his clients through the rehab process and to regain their strength and confidence.

In 2016 his Grandmother past away and he took a year off to spend some time with family and explore parts of the country’s wilderness he hadn’t seen yet, including Tasmania’s south west and the magical Blue Mountains.

In his spare time he has a great passion for ultralight bushwalking - including designing and making ultralight outdoor gear, and Ultimate Frisbee, a Team sport played with a flying disc. He plays, coaches, captains and is president of Tsunami Ultimate club, and Coaches (and will be playing this national season) for Extinction Ultimate Club.
