mixed equipment pilates class
Pilates is excellent for postural alignment, core strength, increasing flexibility, decreasing lower back pain and improving general muscle tone and strength.
Our Pilates class is a mixed equipment class - mat, small ball, circle, band, Wunda Chair and Reformer. We will use a mixture of these pieces of equipment - you do not need prior experience with any of these to join this class as it is a beginner-intermediate class.

Maximum of 4 participants.
We keep our classes to a maximum of 4 participants to ensure we can provide individual attention and hands on correction for everyone.
Simply give us a call to book in a pre-class consult, this may be as simple as coming 15 minutes prior to your first class.
Classes are open to the public - you do not need to be a previous or current Body Buzz client - everyone is welcome!

9 week block 29th June - 24th August
8 week block 31st August - 19th October
6 or 7 week block 9th November - 14th or 21st December (to be decided)
9 week block $225
8 week block $200
6 or 7 week block $150 or $175
Blocks are paid upfront. No refunds for missed classes sorry.
