Staying strong is very important for Women, with 1 in 3 women over 50 developing Osteoporosis, Strength Training for Women is more important than ever before.  We developed Strength Club to empower and guide Women to the benefits of Strength Training.  So often, the weights and machines in commercial gyms are dominated by men, it can be very intimidating for Women to consider using these areas of the gym.  Body Buzz is not a commercial gym, our Studio is female friendly and very private.  

We offer a FREE trial week for all new clients - no strings attached! Come and trial Strength Club with us - many of our ladies had no experience before joining us, don't be shy, beginners are welcome, we will be by your side guiding you through the workout!

Why train with us?

DON'T THINK, JUST DO!!  

Strength Club is programmed by our Senior Trainer and Owner, Deb Day.  Don't waste time wondering what to do, trying to work out how to use equipment or feeling embarrassed - simply follow the program!  Monday nights are a Mat Pilates workout and Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday are resistance/strength training workouts.

PERSONAL TRAINER SUPERVISION

Classes are supervised by one of our Personal Trainers and they will guide, inspire and support you to achieve your best results.  Their focus is 100% on our Strength Club clients, they will show you what to do and ensure you are using good technique.  

FLEXIBLE TIMES

Classes are run on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings as well as Saturday mornings. Choose between two class times - 5.20pm or 6.15pm on weeknights and 7.20am or 8am on Saturday mornings.  You'll be in and out in 35 - 45 mins.

ALL THIS FOR LESS THAN THE COST OF ONE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION!!!

We encourage our Strength Club Members to workout 2-3 times/week.  With Personal Trainer Supervision during all Strength Club classes, the value of Strength Club Membership is unparalleled - weekly membership costs less than one Personal Training Session.

CALL OR EMAIL US TO BOOK YOUR COMPLIMENTARY INTIAL CONSULT

During your Initial Consultation we will begin with some paperwork, show you around the studio and introduce you to a few exercises. This way you’ll feel more comfortable when you come along to your first class! 

**All Strength Club Members must be over 18 years of age and free from injury and pain.

 

**Ladies, please note, if you are pregnant, we are not able to safely help you in a class setting, however we can help you stay strong and healthy during your pregnancy with Private Personal Training Sessions that can be tailored to specifically suit your needs.

STRENGTH CLUB MEMBERSHIP
  • When your free trial week concludes, if you wish to continue, we set up a very simple weekly direct debit.  

  • Direct Debit is only $39/week which includes all programming by our Senior Personal Trainer and Personal Trainer supervision during all Strength Club classes - all this, for less than the cost of just one Personal Training Session!

  • Body Buzz cover all weekly Direct Debit fees & your initial sign up fee – there are no additional fees.
