Maddy is an Accredited Exercise physiologist who graduated from The Queensland
University of Technology in 2022. Her passion for Exercise Physiology originated from her
deep love for sports and physical activity.
Maddy brings a diverse sporting background to our team, with experience in Basketball,
Netball, Rowing and Athletics. She possesses an extensive history of engaging in physical
activity and exercise and is driven by her desire to empower individuals to take control of
their health, through education and safe exercise interventions.
Maddy's expertise encompasses the treatment of many chronic conditions. Whilst she holds
a particular interest in cardiovascular rehabilitation, mental health, and falls prevention, she is well-versed in prescribing exercises for a wide range of chronic conditions, such as metabolic, respiratory, musculoskeletal, oncology, and neurology. Her greatest satisfaction comes from assisting individuals with chronic injuries and health conditions regain confidence and enhance their quality of life. She is dedicated to delivering personalised exercise interventions and lifestyle modification strategies that enable individuals to take greater control over their physical and mental well-being.

Outside of work, Maddy enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and spending time at the beach. She also has a passion for travel and maintaining her own fitness by going to the gym regularly.
Maddy provides Exercise Physiology services under various schemes, including private arrangements, Team Care Arrangements (TCA)/Enhanced Primary Care (EPC), DVA, NDIS, and WorkCover. She strives to make these services accessible to individuals seeking support in managing their health and well-being.
